The Client needed a partner with extensive M&A, project and service management, back-office operations, Information Technology, and regulatory compliance expertise to strategize and execute changes necessary to operate efficiently throughout this period. Challenges

The Client needed to position pre-sales, project delivery, service management, and back-office operations for three times growth within four years with new, standard processes to operate efficiently. The Client also required help with complete systems modernization, M&A due diligence, and acquisition integration leadership. They also needed a data privacy and cyber-security framework to comply with ongoing Client and changing industry requirements.        

Solutions

We utilized Turning Points Assessment Methodology℠ for all due-diligence efforts, including the initial platform company acquisition. Assessments covered Sales, Profesional Services Delivery, Project Management, Service Management, Back-Office, Technology, and Privacy/InfoSec. The reviews culminated in the strategies and roadmaps executed to build foundational process and systems capabilities to grow the business and integrate other acquired companies. Turning Point Consulting performed Due-diligence assessments on six acquisition targets.
